RETURN POLICY

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date you received your item, unless otherwise stated on the specific product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange where allowed, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us on our Contact Page or at support@lensroofing.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise stated on the specific product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). If your return is not approved, we will notify you via email and return the item to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, earrings, etc.)

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us on our Contact Page or at support@lensroofing.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping / Delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping / delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping / Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping / delivery will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
